Another year STANDING!
A few words from Vince McAllister, founder of By Faith Productions...

Well, it almost took 3 days for me to fully recover from the Stand and Be Counted Music Festival that took place Saturday, May 16 in Vacaville… and I am not referring to the hot weather and how tired my body was from the efforts of producing the Festival. I am actually talking about HOW GREAT IS OUR GOD! Here is my re-cap in one word----------- WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If we focus on what our desired result was, then this festival was a HUGE success! 78 Decisions for Christ and many, many couples came forward that committed to their spouse and to the Lord once again! But here is the true story that just about brought me to tears.
On Friday night after we set up the park all day and had our evening worship/ prayer in the Living Grace Fellowship Kids tent, I stuck around to make sure everything was a go for the Saturday Festival. After checking out with the last 2 Peace Officers for Christ who were working overnight security, I went into my 5th wheel to round up my kids and head home for the night. A few minutes later one of the Peace Officers knocked on my 5th wheel door and told me to stay with my kids inside as there was a man outside with a knife to his throat who threatening to kill himself. They informed me Vacaville PD was already in the park and handling the situation. I went home a short time later and tried to get some sleep.
Now let's Fast forward to Saturday afternoon’s altar call by recording artist Richard Andrew. Richard noticed a man in an orange shirt from way, way in the back slowly making his way to the stage when the call to come forward was given. It took quite some time, but finally "the man in the orange shirt" made it to the foot of the stage, completely in tears, and fully surrendered. He was loved on and prayed over by many By Faith Productions volunteers.
His name is Carlos, and he is now your brother in Christ “BY FAITH”. Now, there were many others that made decisions for Christ and were gathered in front of the stage, but the reason I wanted to share Carlos’s story was because he was the man in the park the night before with the knife to his throat! The one that wanted to end his life!
I am humbled and want to give God all the glory, and thank everyone that served, volunteered, donated, and prayed for Stand and Be Counted and by Faith Productions. What an amazing privilege it was to serve along with you guys. Thank you Lord for allowing us to see this harvest and be encouraged once again by your might and transforming power!!! A few of our volunteers (the Burgess family) took Carlos to dinner and then to church (TFH) the next morning. Thank God for our volunteers!!!
In conclusion, we want to continue to pray for all the ones that made decisions for Christ and pray that they immediately put their faith into action by getting plugged into a Bible believing, loving church that will shepherd and help them on their walk of faith. Now please take another look at the picture of Carlos and the volunteers and once again thank God with me and pass this on!
